With extensive experience working with toddlers, we are confident that the books we have carefully selected will both engage your child and provide the ideal foundation for success should you wish for them to pursue entry into great prestigious schools.

Your book boxes will be shipped and delivered on the FIRST week of every month.
- e.g. whether you signed up for your subscription box on the 1st/ 5th/ 15th/ 20th February, your box will arrive in the on the FIRST week of March

No worries, we’re here to help! If you happen to receive a duplicate or damaged book, simply reach out to us by email or WhatsApp within 5 days of receiving your box. After this period, we won’t be able to process replacements, but we’ll always do our best to support you.
- Share a quick photo of the two identical books, or the defect you’ve noticed.
- We’ll make it right by adding an extra replacement book to your next subscription box.
別擔心，我們會為您處理！如果您收到重複或損壞的書籍，請在收到書盒後 5 天內 透過電郵或 WhatsApp 與我們聯絡。 超過此期限，我們將無法提供更換，但我們仍會盡力為您提供協助。

Every child grows at their own pace, so we don’t automatically adjust the age group of your subscription as your little one gets older. Subscriptions can only be cancelled anytime AFTER the subscription period. Otherwise, monthly charges will continue automatically.
To cancel your subscription before it renews, simply email us at todsgear.contact@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 5777 2490, we’ll take care of it for you. Please make sure to request cancellation at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

You may change your subscription plan only AFTER completing your initial subscription period

We update our monthly book list every year, so you won’t get repeats. If by chance you do, just send us a photo and inform us, we promise to add a new book to your next box to keep the experience fresh and enjoyable.
我們每年都會更新書單，所以不會有重複。如果真的遇到重複的書籍，您只需拍照並告訴我們，我們會在下一個書盒中加送一本新書，讓您的體驗保持新鮮和愉快。
