Delivery
Orders are delivered by third‑party couriers. TODSGEAR is not liable for any negligence or misconduct by delivery personnel. We take care to pack products securely so they arrive safely.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds, except in cases of damaged products as outlined below.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
Packaging is designed to withstand the delivery process. If products arrive damaged, please contact us at todsgear.contact@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
- For lost parcels, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the courier.
Replacement Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or if duplicate books are received.
Please email us within 5 days of receiving your book box. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Steps:
- Send us a photo via email or WhatsApp showing either the duplicate books or the defect.
- We’ll make it right by including an extra replacement book in your next subscription box.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TODSGEAR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or property, arising from the use of our site or products. Our liability, if any, will always be limited to the amount you paid for the affected product(s).
